CUPE Local 358 is located in Duncan on the east coast of beautiful Vancouver Island. We represent approximately 450 local government, paid-on-call Fire Department, and golf course workers across the Cowichan Valley, who comprise six employer units. These units include the District of North Cowichan, Cowichan Valley Regional District (CVRD), the City of Duncan, Arbutus Ridge Golf Club, Cowichan Golf & Country Club, and Duncan Meadows Golf Club.
