General Meetings:

3rd Tuesday in January – Election Nomination

3rd Tuesday in April – Local Updates

3rd Tuesday in June – Local Updates

3rd Tuesday in October – Budget Review

Special meetings will be called when needed by the executive or when 12 members initiate a special meeting request to the executive board.

Executive Meetings are held on the first Monday of each month.

*Note: Meeting dates may be adjusted do to Statutory Holidays or venue availability. Seven days notice will be provided for all General and Special Meetings.
